Reckless is a serif typeface with a renaissance (old-style) character and with a significantly raised x-height. It was designed during studies of historical evolution and sources of serif typefaces in various libraries. The main idea was based on calligraphy tendencies which were brought back from early serifs into contemporary constructions. Reckless Neue is a version with a higher contrast, reorganized character set and new weights (Thin, Book).
